==GENERAL COMMISSIONS==• By default, all order granted with a Personal License only
• Turnaround to finish is 7-14 days after sketches are confirmed.
• Do not distribute or resell in any form, especially commercially.
• I have the right to reject any work that we don't feel comfortable to do.
• Any modification after the order is finished after 7 days will be charged.
• Please be aware if the artwork is against ToS of Twitch because sometimes I forget too :<
• You can't use & mint the artwork as NFT and it is strictly prohibited.__PREMADE EMOTES/SUB BADGES/ASSETS etc__• By default, all order granted with a Personal License only
• Artwork can only be used as an emote, profile picture, alert, and stream overlay
• Any edit/alter, recolor animation to the artwork is not allowed.
• Tracing or redrawing the emote as your own is not allowed.
• As the name suggests, anyone can buy it multiple times.
• If used in a channel/server, please don't encourage other parties to use the emotes for the wrong purpose.==PAYMENT AND REFUNDS==__PAYMENT__• All commissions will be charged in USD through PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi donation.
• Note that we have no control over, and are not responsible for, any fees or charges (tax) for the transaction when using PayPal, Etsy or Ko-Fi.
• Payment must be paid in full before I can start working on the commission.
• Price are final and non-negotiable__REFUNDS__• If you wish to cancel the order, please let me know asap.
• After payment, if the draft sketch has already been sent, NO refund will be issued.
• After payment, in 7 days you didn't receive any draft sketch, you can request a refund excluding fees.
• After payment, if I can't work on your commission, I'll send you a refund excluding fees.==LICENSES==__PERSONAL LICENSE__• Any order or digital product is delivered by default with a Personal License.
• You can use the artwork delivered as emotes, badges, thumbnail, overlays, profile picture, ...even if the channel/stream/video monetized.
• You can't redraw, recolor, redistribute, resell the artwork
• You can hire an animator to animate the artwork and need to at least credit KANOwaves(me). No original files will be given.
• I have ownership of the artwork.__COMMERCIAL LICENSE (+50%-100% of the fee)__• You can use the artwork commercially as you want, but you can't resell it as an emote/adopts/nft and claim as yours.
